  • All care is taken in the packing and handling of our products and all products are inspected many times during the grading, trimming and packaging processes.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for damage in transit, although we are happy to assist in anyway with information about your order if you need to make a claim to your postal service.
  • In stock items will be shipped within 24hrs of receipt of payment.
  • Our staff will notify you of Out of Stock items and will supply ASAP.
  • Products will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
  • Due to Health Regulations, Medical Sheepskin products cannot be returned after use.
  • Any Returns must be approved by the manager.
  • Faulty products will be repaired or replaced after inspection of the particular item.
  • Items can only be returned in an unopened and unused condition.
  • Return postage is not refundable.
