All care is taken in the packing and handling of our products and all products are inspected many times during the grading, trimming and packaging processes.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage in transit, although we are happy to assist in anyway with information about your order if you need to make a claim to your postal service.

In stock items will be shipped within 24hrs of receipt of payment.

Our staff will notify you of Out of Stock items and will supply ASAP.

Products will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.

Due to Health Regulations, Medical Sheepskin products cannot be returned after use.

Any Returns must be approved by the manager.

Faulty products will be repaired or replaced after inspection of the particular item.

Items can only be returned in an unopened and unused condition.

Return postage is not refundable.
